 All concession and vendor fees will increase $50 on March 1, 2027.

  • Must be a 501 (3) organization or a club or group approved by the event producer. Contact [email protected] for clarification if needed. NEED EXTRA SPACE-PURCHASE TWO BOOTHS

  • All handmade products. 10x10 space is provided. Additional space is available to add on. NEED EXTRA SPACE-PURCHASE TWO BOOTHS. Power is not provided. Crafters are permitted to share.

  • Retailers, services, and all of those who are not a crafter or non-profit. A 10x10 space is provided. NEED EXTRA SPACE-PURCHASE TWO BOOTHS. Corner space is available for an additional cost (see below). Exhibitors/Commercial vendors are NOT permitted to share. No power is provided. See below for Additional Space

  • Low Risk/ Pre Pkg: "Prepackaged food" means any properly labeled processed food, prepackaged to prevent any direct human contact with the food product upon distribution from the manufacturer, and prepared at an approved source. Additional paperwork will be sent after registration is received. This is for space only up to a 10x20 area. All Concessions must acquire all necessary permits to operate by April 25 , 2027. Must be self-contained.

  • Food Prep/High Risk: "Food preparation" means packaging, processing, assembling, portioning, or any operation that changes the form, flavor, or consistency of food, but does not include trimming of produce. Additional paperwork will be sent after registration is received. This is for space only up to a 10x20 area. Must be self-contained. All Concessions must acquire all necessary permits to operate by April 25, 2027.
