SUMMER SAVOR WINE GARDEN

Summer Savor was a hit last year, and we want you to be part of it again this year! This is a unique wine and food event, where you can showcase your products to a large and eager audience. Enjoy the cozy garden setting, the lively music, and the friendly atmosphere as you share your passion with wine and food lovers.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with new customers, promote your wine clubs and merchandise, and have a blast at the same time. Summer Savor is more than just a part of the Orangevale Summer Palooza festival, it's a celebration of our community and our local businesses. We are proud to host this event in our beautiful 36-acre park, where families can have fun and enjoy the best of summer.

SUMMER SAVOR PROVIDES

  • The event will provide one (1) 6 ft. table and two (2) chairs
  • One (1) Event Parking Pass.
  • Staff wristbands (2) two.
  • All participating vendors will be listed (www.ovsummerpalooza.com) on the Events website with a direct link to business pre and post-event (up to 6 months after the event).
  • All participating vendors will be listed in the event Program Guide and Social Media.

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGES

  • The vendor acknowledges they have all proper permits, and licensing to handle food.
  • Will provide proper insurance.
  • Must provide equipment for the event (pop-up, table linens, cooler, tubs, etc.)
  • Offer significant-size samples to attendees.
  • On-site product sales permitted. (Not allowed to consume on site.)
  • The vendor will provide promotional materials (banners, brochures, or other items)
  • The vendor must stay for the duration of the event. No leaving during the event with event approval Event ends at 8:00 PM.

WINERY/FOOD INFORMATION

Upon execution of this contract, our company named above agrees to participate in Summer Palooza, Summer Savor to be held on Saturday, June 15th at Orangevale Summer Palooza in the Orangevale Community Park, Orangevale CA.
The vendor will be responsible for handling product liability during the Summer Savor Event. In reserving one (1) space, the vendor agrees to hold harmless All Events Management Group, Inc. and all sponsors, organizers, and participants, and their insurance carriers, their agents or members, from all liability, damages, expenses, and claims that may occur during this event. The vendor agrees to participate and abide by the terms and conditions explained to them and outlined in this agreement.

This certifies that Summer Palooza has been granted permission by our company named above, to use our company name, logo art, and product description for the limited purpose of promoting the 2024 Summer Palooza, Summer Savor Event. It is understood that promotional strategies for this event may include and are not limited to; print, broadcast advertising, and digital marketing

PHOTOGRAPHY: I agree to allow photographs to be taken at the event, and to be used for advertising, marketing, and general promotional purposes at any time in the future. I fully release such photographs, or rights in such photographs, free of charge, to the event organizers. The photographs may be used, or edited or use, without further need of consent from me or compensation to me.
